This Holy Month, The Bombay Club by Chef Manav Tuli at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab invites guests to gather and reconnect over a thoughtfully curated Ramadan dining experience that celebrates the warmth, generosity, and the rich culinary heritage of India.
From sunset, guests are welcomed to a sharing-style Iftar experience, designed to be enjoyed communally and rooted in tradition, comfort, and flavour. Available daily from 18:00 to 21:30, the Iftar set menu is presenting a generous journey through India’s most beloved dishes, elevated with The Bombay Club by Chef Manav Tuli’s signature touch.
The experience begins with premium dates, seasonal spiced fruits, and refreshing traditional beverages, followed by an array of crisp poppadums and house-made chutneys. A selection of small bites and grills showcases favourites such as vegetable samosas, spinach and green pea kebabs, shallots and curry leaf pakoras, murgh pyaz kebabs, and prawn koliwada.
The main courses bring depth and indulgence to the table, including Bombay chicken biryani with aged basmati rice, satara lamb curry infused with warming spices, smoked butter chicken, methi malai paneer, and the restaurant’s signature club dal, accompanied by an assortment of freshly baked Indian breads. The Iftar concludes on a sweet note with a curated sampler of traditional Indian desserts.
As the evening continues, Suhoor at The Bombay Club by Chef Manav Tuli offers a more relaxed, late-night dining experience with an à la carte menu, available daily from 21:30 until 02:30. Ideal for unhurried conversations and intimate get togethers, Suhoor invites guests to savour refined Indian flavours in a sophisticated, ambient setting.
