A look at our coffee morning on May 12 with Ambassador International Academy (AIA) Mankhool at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre.
Mother, Baby & Child Magazine and Ambassador International Academy (AIA) Mankhool came together on May 12 to host an inspiring coffee morning focused on the important connection between physical and mental wellbeing in children. Titled Healthy Bodies, Healthy Minds, the session formed part of the ongoing Raising and Nurturing Future-Ready Children event series, bringing together mums from across the community for meaningful conversation and practical insight.
The session featured expert perspectives from AIA’s leadership team, including Paul Gardner, Vice Principal & Head of Secondary; Daniel Allmark, Head of Primary; and Patricia Ferguson, Head of Early Years, alongside Sarah Maamari, Psychologist and Child & Adolescent Specialist at Sage Clinics. Together, they explored how parents can better support children’s emotional, physical, and educational development in today’s rapidly changing world. Discussions centred around nurturing confident, curious, and resilient children by creating healthy foundations both at home and at school. From understanding child development and emotional wellbeing to encouraging positive learning habits and resilience, the morning offered parents valuable takeaways they could apply in everyday family life.
At the heart of the Raising and Nurturing Future-Ready Children series is a shared belief that children thrive when their minds and bodies are equally supported, and when parents are empowered with the knowledge and guidance to help them navigate modern childhood with confidence and care. Designed to be both informative and approachable, the series continues to provide parents with expert-led conversations, practical tools, and a supportive community focused on raising happy, healthy, and future-ready children.
