Designed around sharing, celebration, and unforgettable moments, the feast brings together Maki & Ramen’s most-loved dishes in one exciting culinary journey.
Guests can kickstart their feast with flavour-packed small plates including Chicken Karaage and freshly made Chicken and Vegetable Gyoza, before diving into an extensive selection of signature sushi rolls.
From fan favourites like the Snow Crab California Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll, Salmon Avocado Roll and Salmon Teriyaki Roll, to the chef-curated Omakase Roll filled with marinated seafood surprises, sushi lovers are in for a treat. Exclusively at the JVT branch, diners can also enjoy Maki & Ramen’s famous unlimited hand rolls, including the crowd-favourite Spicy Tuna and Miso Honey Salmon varieties.
For those craving something warm, the restaurant’s ramen selection delivers bold flavours and serious heat. Highlights include the Fire Cracker Chicken Ramen with chilli-infused broth and marinated chicken, the fragrant Green Curry Chicken Ramen, and the rich Tan Tan Men featuring sesame broth, diced beef, tahini, pak choi, cucumber, spring onion, and chilli oil.
