We’re delighted to invite parents to a thoughtful and practical morning of conversation, reflection, and shared learning focused on supporting children’s emotional wellbeing and development. Through a relaxed conversational format, this event will explore how boundaries, emotional regulation, resilience, and connection work together to create calmer, healthier family relationships.
What to Expect:
Join us for a relaxed and insightful coffee morning designed for parents who want to:
- Feel more confident navigating everyday parenting challenges
- Better understand children’s behaviour and emotional needs
- Learn practical strategies to create calmer family routines
- Build stronger connections with their children
- Hear honest, reassuring conversations from experienced educators
- Connect with other parents in a welcoming community environment
Each session will feature expert speakers and practical takeaways you can apply at home.
Why attend?
Designed as an open and engaging discussion rather than a formal lecture, the morning will bring together educators and parents to explore some of the most common challenges families face today – from managing difficult behaviours and screen time struggles to building independence, confidence, and emotional resilience.
Throughout the session, parents will have opportunities to reflect, participate in interactive discussions, and hear practical strategies that can be applied in everyday family life.
Topics throughout the morning will include:
- Setting calm, consistent boundaries without conflict
- Supporting emotional regulation in children
- Encouraging resilience and independence
- Navigating screen time and technology boundaries
- Building routines that reduce anxiety and stress
- Balancing modern family pressures with emotional connection
The event will also explore the importance of modelling calm behaviour as adults, and how strong school-family partnerships can help children thrive both academically and emotionally.
The coffee mornings are free to attend, but places are limited, so you’ll need to register if you’d like to attend.
