In response to the current climate and the growing need for accessible mental health support, Thrive Wellbeing Centre has made its online platform, Thrive in 5, free and accessible to the community.
Created by Dr. Sarah Rasmi, Founder and Psychologist at Thrive Wellbeing Centre, Thrive in 5 is a digital wellbeing platform designed to provide practical mental health tools in short, accessible formats. The platform was originally developed during the COVID-19 pandemic, when many individuals and organisations were searching for ways to support mental health while navigating isolation, uncertainty and heightened stress.
Originally developed to help organisations provide affordable mental health resources to employees, the platform is now available free of charge to anyone seeking accessible guidance and mental health support.
Key platform features:
- Bite-sized courses – either five minutes long or structured into five short modules
- Topics such as
- Managing anxiety
- Perfectionism
- Avoiding and managing burnout
- Communicating as a couple
- Improving memory & learning
- Self-care, tackling procrastination
- Being a body-confident role model
By focusing on short, accessible learning formats, Thrive in 5 is designed to fit easily into people’s daily routines, allowing individuals to engage with mental health resources at their own pace in a way that feels manageable and supportive.
By opening access to Thrive in 5, Thrive Wellbeing hopes to encourage individuals to take small but meaningful steps towards protecting their mental health and supporting those around them at a time when the region is navigating difficult and uncertain news.
