In celebration of Eid Al Adha, guests are invited to the resort’s Qalb Al-Ṣaḥrā Dinner on Thursday, 28 May, an immersive evening at Sa-Ra Lounge. The experience opens with a 30-minute Bedouin storytelling session, accompanied by guided stargazing, offering a meaningful connection to the heritage and spirit of the desert.
The evening continues with a special crafted Eid sharing-style menu, featuring Roasted Heritage Roots with garlic labneh, za’atar oil and crumbled feta; Al Maha Mutable with charred eggplant, pomegranate molasses beef ragù and tahina labneh; and Lamb Ouzi with slow-braised lamb, fragrant rice, and roasted nuts. To conclude, Warm Date Pudding with ginger toffee sauce and vanilla ice cream, alongside Kunafa with pistachio and orange blossom syrup, offers a refined, sweet finish.
